This Dutch icon treat, according to our recipe from 1898, is the highlight of our bakery at the Spuistraat 274: the oldest bakery in Amsterdam. The sweet caramel ‘Stroop’ between two thin layers of waffle ‘wafel’ is an absolute must try and brings joy to people all over the world. These Stroopwafels come in a Hans Egstorf tin can.
